Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between BAHA AI (the "Company", "we") and any individual or legal entity (the "User") using the BRIX.UZ website and related services (the "Service").

By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them in full. If the User does not agree, they must stop using the Service.

The Company may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page.

BRIX.UZ is a construction materials marketplace where the User can browse the product catalog and submit requests for products of interest. The Service is not an online store: payment and delivery are arranged through individual agreements between the User and suppliers via BAHA AI.

• Browsing categories and product catalog
• Submitting RFQ (Request For Quote) requests
• Tracking request status via a unique link
• Searching across catalog and categories

After submitting a request, the system assigns it a unique identifier and tracking token. The Company's sales team processes the request, clarifies details and forwards it to relevant suppliers.

The Company does not guarantee that any request will be accepted by suppliers or that proposed terms will match the User's expectations. All commercial terms are negotiated individually.

Suppliers receive request information only through the Company. Direct contact between the User and supplier is not provided until a deal is confirmed.

The User agrees to:

• Provide accurate and current contact details when submitting requests
• Not use the Service for illegal purposes or actions infringing third-party rights
• Not attempt unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Not publish false, offensive or misleading information
• Comply with applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The Service is provided "as is". The Company is not liable for temporary unavailability, technical failures or errors in catalog data.

The Company is not a party to transactions between the User and suppliers and is not liable for product quality, delivery times or other supplier obligations.

The Company's maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User to the Company (if any).

All Service materials — texts, images, logos, design, source code — are the intellectual property of BAHA AI or used on a legal basis. Any copying, distribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

The Company may unilaterally modify, suspend or terminate the Service (in whole or in part) without prior notice.

The Company may restrict or terminate the User's access to the Service if these Terms are violated.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All disputes are subject to the courts at the Company's location.
