Description
We seal panel joints of multi-storey residential buildings and facade joints of commercial buildings by industrial rope access — no scaffolding or aerial platforms. Old, deteriorated sealant and insulation are removed, a new backer rod is laid, the joint is filled with sealant and painted if required. Sealing protects apartment walls from freezing, damp and mould. The work can be ordered for a single apartment or for the whole building.
